Version: 1.17.0 Effective date: September 10, 2026 Contact: hello@freesocialhub.app
FreeSocial Hub’s primary offering is Hubly (free AI Agents and Teams in Chrome, Edge, Firefox including Android, and Safari on Apple devices — Full Auto, supervised, or Manual) plus the Hub app (web/PWA) to manage specialists, chat, queue work, and review runs. You may not use FreeSocial Hub or Hubly to:
- Violate any law (including spam, fraud, IP infringement, privacy, export controls).
- Send unsolicited bulk messages or violate CAN-SPAM / TCPA / ePrivacy / CASL, or text people without required prior consent.
- Scrape, harvest, or import contacts obtained unlawfully.
- Bypass platform rate limits, security, or official APIs — or use unofficial scraping for publishing/analytics.
- Abuse AI or media generation to create illegal, harmful, or deceptive content (including undisclosed deepfakes where prohibited).
- Harass, threaten, or dox individuals.
- Interfere with the Service (malware, abusive load testing without permission, credential stuffing).
- Resell access in violation of your plan or white-label without agreement.
- Misrepresent affiliation with FreeSocial Hub or connected platforms.
- Use ads, outreach, or Growth connectors (if you connect them) to violate platform advertising policies or applicable marketing law.
- Auto-send or auto-submit high-risk actions via Hubly or any Hub assist feature without the required confirmation — drafts and Sources are for your review; you remain responsible for every send/submit.
- Use Hubly’s extract feature to harvest other people’s inboxes, contacts, or personal data you are not a party to. Allowed: a user-initiated personal archive of a conversation you already can read (you are a participant), saved only to a folder on your computer — never uploaded to Hub or sent to AI — after you confirm. Full-account dumps must use the platform’s official Download your information / takeout tools. Community extract remains limited to group/channel names and URLs you choose to import.
- Create, request, or distribute sexual, pornographic, exploitative, or grooming content involving anyone under 18 (including fictional depictions) — zero tolerance. We refuse these requests in product AI paths and may suspend accounts.
- Abuse messaging / SMS tools (if used) for phishing, smishing, scam campaigns, or deceptive urgency; or bypass STOP / opt-out obligations.
- Use Hub-managed SMS (when offered) to evade plan limits or carrier registration requirements.
- Use Sources / Check & Fill for identity fraud, credential stuffing, or storing/filling payment cards, passwords, or government IDs you are not authorized to use.
- Use Hubly FA/SA/M or schedules to bypass site security, CAPTCHAs by deception, payment flows, or account takeovers; or to ignore platform terms you are bound by.
- Attempt to use Hubly to automate, Check & Fill, or submit on government (.gov / .mil / *.gov.*) sites — including benefit applications — or on healthcare/patient-portal sites, or to route PHI through Hub/BYOK AI.
- Attempt to circumvent Hubly’s restricted-origin blocks for government, healthcare, banking, or adult hosts.
- Use Hubly growth campaigns, Teach abilities, or public recipes to blast identical posts across rooms, spam Home/profile feeds, or evade platform anti-spam, rate-limit, or self-promo rules. Unique Title/Body intros still must not be deceptive, undisclosed ads where the platform requires disclosure, or unsolicited bulk promo.
- Use Hubly or Hub AI to generate pornography, non-consensual intimate imagery, or to visit/automate adult/explicit sites.
- Attempt to run Hubly after it has shown as off on a page.
- Publish specialist packs that include API keys, passwords, session tokens, other people’s personal data, or illegal instructions.
- Present Hubly, specialists, or Hub outputs as licensed legal, medical, tax, or financial advice, or as an official government or healthcare filing.
- Use live web search through Hubly to harvest personal data about people you are not authorized to collect, or to build unsolicited outreach lists.
- Generate, request, or distribute graphic violence, gore, or instructions for violent crime, terrorism, or weapons intended to harm people.
- Generate, request, or distribute suicide or self-harm methods, encouragement, or graphic depictions. Crisis support is not product work — contact local emergency services.
- Circumvent Hub or provider safety filters (including jailbreaks) to obtain prohibited content.
- Queue or instruct specialists from the Hub app to perform prohibited acts on third-party sites, or claim that the Hub app/PWA executes Hubly on a page when only the browser extension can.
- Use Hubly in a way that violates export controls, sanctions, or local laws governing automated computer use or AI agents where you operate.
- Direct Hubly to access, modify, or act in accounts, workspaces, or data you are not authorized to use.
- Upload a profile photo you do not have the right to use, or a photo of another person without a lawful basis.
- Circumvent account-deletion, age, or safety controls.
Clarification: User-initiated extract, Sources fill, Teach demos, @ mentioned abilities/specialists, confirmed agent steps, Hub queue items claimed by Hubly, and a confirmed personal conversation archive (local folder only) on a page you choose are allowed except on restricted government, healthcare/patient-portal, banking, and adult hosts (hard-blocked; Hubly shows as off). Background harvesting, unofficial full-inbox scraping, and unconfirmed high-risk auto-submit are not. Watch-and-takeover means you can pause anytime. Complete government and health-portal forms yourself. One unique intro per community you joined is not a license to spam. Legal Full Auto social campaigns remain allowed when they stay within this policy and your Ask settings. The Hub app and PWA manage and queue; they do not browse third-party sites in the cloud. Scheduled specialist runs still require an awake computer with Hubly open; push notifications do not wake a sleeping device.
Where required by law, we may report apparent child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other authorities.
Violations may result in suspension or termination and reporting to authorities or platforms.
