Production terms for FreeSocial Hub. Have qualified counsel review for your jurisdiction before relying on this as sole legal advice.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using FreeSocial Hub (“Service”), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. The Service
FreeSocial Hub provides workspace-based tools including:
- AI Chat assistance (Hub-provided models and optional bring-your-own-key / “BYOK” models)
- Multi-platform content creation, scheduling, and publishing via official APIs
- Brand Kit, knowledge Sources, and related brand sync helpers
- Pulse (business / GTM snapshot) and optional Growth tool connectors you configure with your own credentials
- Inbox triage, CRM-lite contacts, and email campaign drafts via connected providers
- Media library storage and optional AI media generation
- Collaboration (email invites and roles), workspace export/import, and related workspace utilities
Features that incur third-party or infrastructure costs to us may require a paid plan, or may be available via your own API keys/credits (BYOK). Plan details are described in-product.
3. Accounts & Workspaces
You are responsible for activity under your account. You may create Workspaces and invite others by email with assigned roles. Owners control billing and ownership transfer. You must keep credentials secure.
4. Connected third-party platforms & tools
You authorize us to access platforms and tools you connect (social networks, email providers, ads/CRM/outreach tools, AI providers) using official APIs and your credentials/tokens. You must comply with each provider’s terms. We are not affiliated with those platforms unless stated. Growth / ads / outreach connectors are BYOK: usage and spend bill to your accounts with those providers, not to Hub, unless a specific paid feature says otherwise.
5. Acceptable use
You will not use the Service to spam, harass, infringe IP, violate privacy/publicity rights, scrape unlawfully, or break applicable law (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA). See the Acceptable Use Policy.
6. AI features
AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing, sending, or acting on Pulse / analytics insights. Do not submit unlawful content. BYOK keys remain your responsibility; we store them encrypted. Pulse and similar summaries are snapshots and do not constitute professional, financial, or legal advice.
7. Fees
Free and paid plans are described in-product. Paid plans bill via Stripe when checkout is enabled. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Media library quotas and Hub-paid generation limits apply per plan.
8. Intellectual property
You retain rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit content solely to provide the Service. Our software, branding, and docs remain ours.
9. Confidentiality & security
We implement reasonable security measures. No method of transmission is 100% secure. Report issues to hello@freesocialhub.app.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS/DATA. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $100 IF YOU HAVE NO PAID PLAN).
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of connected platforms/tools, your BYOK usage, or your violation of these Terms or law.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate for violations or risk. Upon termination, your right to access ceases; data handling follows the Privacy Policy.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be noticed in-product or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The version shown at signup is stored on your profile.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply. Courts of competent jurisdiction will resolve disputes unless a different forum is required by law.
