Production terms for FreeSocial Hub. Have qualified counsel review for your jurisdiction before relying on this as sole legal advice.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using FreeSocial Hub (“Service”), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. The Service
FreeSocial Hub’s primary product is Hubly — free AI Agents and Teams that work in the browser you already use (Chrome, Edge, Firefox including Android, and Safari on iPhone/iPad/Mac) — plus the Hub app (website and optional PWA) where you manage specialists, chat, queue work, and review site runs. Phone and the Hub app are for managing; page clicks run in a browser that can run the Hubly extension. The Service includes:
- Hubly — free AI Agents that automate work in your logged-in browser tab under a watch-and-takeover model. Modes: FA (Full Auto), SA (Semi-Auto / supervised), and M (Manual review). In Full Auto you can set Ask before for Post, comments, DMs, joins, and follows. Payments, passwords, account deletion, and restricted pages always stay gated or off. Optional scheduling, action timeline, mid-run steer, work queues, live web search for current facts, and Hub tools. You can watch live, pause, or take control at any time. You remain the legal actor for browsing and site access; Hubly does not independently “access” third-party systems apart from acting as your instructed tool.
- Hub app (web / PWA) — Home, Chat, Specialists, and Work. Queue goals from any device; view transcripts and site-grouped work; open a specialist with work on one side and chat on the other. Queued Act work runs when Hubly is open in a supported browser. The Hub app does not inject into third-party sites by itself.
- Teach & abilities — you may demonstrate clicks and field names on a page you control. Hubly stores a private workspace ability keyed to that page’s domain + subdomain. You can @ mention abilities, Sources, and specialists so the agent uses them. A sanitized public recipe (accessible button/field names, roles, and actions only — never your draft text, emails, passwords, or cookies) may be shared so Hubly can get better at that site for everyone. You can delete private abilities from Teach.
- Compose & campaign drafts — for sites with Title and Body (or a single composer), Hubly generates one unique draft per room and fills each field once. You are responsible for the words that get posted and for each platform’s rules (including anti-spam). Unique intros are not a license to spam.
- BYOK AI — bring your own Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, or xAI keys and choose models. You may add multiple keys per provider. When a key is rate-limited, unhealthy, or fails, another stored key may be used. BYOK usage does not spend Hub AI credits and is billed by your provider. Hub-provided Gemini may use monthly Hub AI credits when you are not on BYOK. Hubly may show the model name and a key label or fingerprint (not the secret).
- Sources — titled text packs for Hub Chat and Hubly form assist (fields you choose to fill; you review; Hubly never auto-submits)
- Brand Kit — voice and brand helpers for drafts
- Optional platform connectors you configure (BYOK / your credentials where offered); we are not adding Hub-operated social OAuth integrations beyond what we explicitly enable
- Media library storage and optional AI media generation (plan limits apply)
- Collaboration (email invites and roles), workspace export/import, and related workspace utilities
- Specialists & specialist packs — named Hubly specialists with standing briefs (on-demand, scheduled, or always-on). Think-class specialists may use live web search and not click in the tab; Act-class specialists may operate in the tab under watch-and-takeover. Specialist chat may queue Act work for Hubly and hand off via @ mentions. Shareable packs include names and briefs only (not keys, chats, or run history). You are responsible for briefs you publish. Specialists are not a substitute for licensed legal, medical, tax, or financial advice. Scheduled runs execute only while a supported browser with Hubly is open on an awake computer. Cloud cron and Web Push can mark a job due and notify you; they do not wake a sleeping device or click third-party sites. The Hub app and phone PWA manage and queue only. You may leave a computer on with Hubly, including hardware you host yourself. We do not provide a hosted cloud browser.
- Push notifications — optional Web Push for due specialists, finished or failed runs, and related Hub events (you control categories in Settings)
- Referrals — optional invite codes for bonus Hub AI credits and temporary Pro-feature access as described in-product
- Personal conversation archive — optional, user-confirmed export of a thread you already can read; files stay on your computer and are not uploaded to us
Features that incur third-party or infrastructure costs to us may require a paid plan, or may be available via your own API keys/credits (BYOK). Hub AI credits, daily pace caps, and plan allowances are described in-product and may change.
2a. Hubly agent responsibility & third-party sites
You must comply with each website’s and platform’s terms, robots rules, and applicable law when using Hubly. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and confirming high-risk steps. Do not use Hubly, Teach, or public recipes to commit fraud, spam identical posts, bypass security, steal credentials, or access accounts you are not authorized to use. Full-account copies must use the platform’s official data-download tools. Scheduled FA runs remain subject to the same confirmation gates for high-risk actions. We may log agent session metadata (URLs, action summaries, viewport size for adaptive learning, ability IDs you pin, specialist IDs, work hosts) you generate while using Hubly to provide the Service.
2b. Restricted sites — government, healthcare, banking, adult
Hubly does not automate, Check & Fill, or submit on (a) government sites (`.gov` / `.mil` / `*.gov.*` and similar portals), (b) healthcare or patient-portal sites, (c) banking/payment hosts, or (d) adult/explicit hosts. On those sites Hubly shows as off and you must act yourself in the browser. We are not a HIPAA covered entity or business associate for your use of patient portals; do not use Hubly to process PHI. Government benefit and agency applications must be completed by you without Hubly submission or automation. These restrictions are product safety controls, not legal advice. Hubly does not generate sexual content, graphic violence, suicide or self-harm assistance, or any content involving minors.
2c. AI and agent content — your control and responsibility
Hub and Hubly may refuse prompts, drafts, media, browsing, and campaign work that request sexual content, child sexual exploitation or any sexual/violent/self-harm content involving minors, suicide or self-harm methods, graphic violence, or other illegal uses. Provider safety filters (for example Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, and xAI when you use BYOK) still apply. Refusals and filters reduce risk; they are not a guarantee that every harmful request is caught.
You choose Full Auto, Supervised, or Manual, and in Full Auto you choose Ask before for Post, comments, DMs, joins, and follows. You remain the legal actor for browsing and publishing. You must review outputs before you rely on them. We are not liable for content you generate, post, or instruct Hubly to post, to the maximum extent permitted by law. If you or someone else is in crisis, contact local emergency services; Hubly will not provide self-harm instructions.
2d. Authenticated sessions, AI agent limits, and global use
Hubly is an AI browser agent in the same product category as other watch-and-takeover tools: it can click, type, navigate, draft, download, and post inside tabs and accounts where you are already signed in, under your instructions and mode settings. By using Hubly you authorize those actions as your actions.
You acknowledge that AI Outputs and agent steps may contain errors, omissions, or unexpected behavior. You are solely responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and bearing all risks of Outputs and of any resulting posts, messages, form submissions, purchases, downloads, account changes, or data exports. Hubly Outputs are not professional legal, financial, medical, tax, or other regulated advice.
You must comply with each third-party website’s and platform’s terms, robots rules, rate limits, and applicable law in every country where you operate the agent — including anti-spam, privacy, computer-misuse, export-control, and sanctions rules. Platform bans, content removals, account locks, or third-party claims arising from your use of Hubly are your responsibility. Safety gates, Ask-before settings, restricted-site blocks, and model-provider filters reduce risk; they are not a guarantee that every harmful, non-compliant, or mistaken action is prevented, and they do not create any duty of care beyond these Terms.
The Service is offered globally. Mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply where they cannot be waived. Nothing in these Terms requires us to provide the Service in a jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful.
3. Accounts & Workspaces
You are responsible for activity under your account. You may create Workspaces and invite others by email with assigned roles. Owners control billing and ownership transfer. You must keep credentials secure. You may upload an optional profile photo used in Hub and Hubly; you must have the right to use that image. You may delete your account at any time from Hub → Settings → Delete account, or at https://freesocialhub.app/account/delete (including a signed-out email confirmation link). Deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Connected third-party platforms & tools
You authorize us to access platforms and tools you connect using official APIs and your credentials/tokens where offered. You must comply with each provider’s terms. We are not affiliated with those platforms unless stated. Connectors are BYOK unless a specific paid feature says otherwise: usage and spend bill to your accounts with those providers.
5. Acceptable use
You will not use the Service to spam, harass, infringe IP, violate privacy/publicity rights, scrape unlawfully, or break applicable law (including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CASL, ePrivacy, GDPR, CCPA). See the Acceptable Use Policy.
6. AI features
AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing, submitting forms, confirming agent actions, or acting on insights. Do not submit unlawful content or secrets you cannot share with AI processors into Sources. Hub-paid Gemini uses your monthly Hub AI credit pool (shared across Hub Chat, Hubly drafts/plans, and related Hub AI actions). BYOK providers bill to your account and do not debit Hub AI credits. BYOK keys remain your responsibility; we store them encrypted. Shared Hub API capacity may be rate-limited by upstream providers; pauses or errors from those providers are outside our sole control. Specialist replies and specialist chat are assistance, not licensed professional advice.
7. Fees
Free and paid plans are described in-product (including Hub AI credit allowances and soft daily pace caps). Paid plans bill via Stripe when checkout is enabled. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Media library quotas and Hub-paid generation limits apply per plan. Unused Hub AI credits do not roll over unless we say otherwise in-product. Referral bonuses are promotional and may be modified or discontinued. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and abuse of referral rewards are prohibited and may void rewards.
8. Intellectual property
You retain rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit content solely to provide the Service. Our software, branding, and docs remain ours.
9. Confidentiality & security
We implement reasonable security measures. No method of transmission is 100% secure. Report issues to hello@freesocialhub.app.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS/DATA. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $100 IF YOU HAVE NO PAID PLAN).
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of Hubly or the Hub app (including actions taken in your logged-in third-party sessions), your connected platforms/tools, your BYOK usage, platform or account enforcement against you, or your violation of these Terms or law.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service anytime, including by deleting your account as described above. We may suspend or terminate for violations or risk. Upon termination, your right to access ceases; data handling follows the Privacy Policy. Paid Hub subscriptions are canceled when you delete the account so you are not billed afterward, except invoices Stripe must keep for tax/finance law.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be noticed in-product or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The version shown at signup is stored on your profile.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply. Courts of competent jurisdiction will resolve disputes unless a different forum is required by law.
16. Public website, statistics, estimates, and quotations
Marketing pages (including the homepage) may quote third-party statistics (including surveys on jobs and AI, and published figures on small businesses and employment), may cite published third-party product prices (which change and are not offers from us), and may include illustrative scenarios. Language about potential impact if everyone has access describes intended direction and the published scale of small-business job creation — it is not a FreeSocial Hub user count, revenue figure, job-creation result, or guarantee of your outcomes. Historical or public quotations are for context; they are not endorsements of FreeSocial Hub by those speakers or their estates. Features, credit allowances, connectors, and availability may change. Platform names and marks are used to identify services you may connect; we are not affiliated with those platforms unless we say so. You must follow each third-party provider’s terms.
